As a longtime resident of Jacksonville with three decades of leadership and operational expertise at JEA, I bring a unique combination of local insight, problem-solving skills, and a strong commitment to service to my real estate career. For 30 years, I served in key roles at JEA — most recently as Manager of Investment Recovery Operations — where I led teams, managed high-value assets, negotiated contracts, ensured regulatory compliance, and built strong relationships across departments and with outside vendors. In that role, I was responsible for overseeing the receipt, return, and disposition of equipment and materials; managing contract negotiations that increased revenues and reduced costs; and leading a team from multiple bargaining units with a focus on training, performance, and safety compliance. Prior to that, I worked as a Procurement Agent – Buyer, developing and negotiating contracts, conducting fleet asset auctions, implementing cost-saving measures, and working closely with small and disadvantaged businesses to strengthen community partnerships. These experiences honed my skills in negotiation, attention to detail, and strategic planning — qualities that now serve my real estate clients exceptionally well.
