Marc Emile Laurent is a seasoned professional with over a decade of leadership experience in international aviation operations and a deep passion for real estate. Born and raised in Port- au-Prince, Haiti, Marc is a devoted husband and father to two daughters, Emmie and Lynn. His professional journey is defined by excellence, integrity, and a client-centered philosophy that consistently delivers results. Marc began his academic path in accounting, completing two years of a four-year program before pursuing a career in aviation. From 2008 to 2018, he built a distinguished 10-year tenure at Toussaint Louverture International Airport, managing weight and balance operations for world- class airlines including Spirit, Copa, Air Transat, Delta, Air Canada, Sunwing, Aero Caribbean, and Air Caraïbes. His strong leadership and operational expertise led to his promotion as Assistant Manager for Air Caraïbes (2010–2014), where he managed Airbus A330 operations and coordinated high-capacity international flights. In 2014, he advanced to Operations Manager, overseeing all aspects of flight operations with a focus on safety, efficiency, and exceptional service. In 2018, amid growing instability in Haiti, Marc joined his family in the United States to pursue his lifelong passion for real estate. With an interest in architecture, home design, and civil engineering, he transitioned naturally into the industryâ€â€earning his real estate license in May 2023 and achieving his broker’s license in August 2025. Furthering his professional development, Marc also obtained his Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR®) Certification through the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), equipping him with specialized expertise to assist homeowners and investors in navigating complex distressed property transactions with confidence and care. Fluent in English, Haitian Creole, French, and conversational Spanish, Marc connects with a broad and diverse clientele. He is recognized for his professionalism, proactive communication, market knowledge, and commitment to guiding clients seamlessly from the first consultation to closing.
