TIFFANY GRIFFIN
I grew up on a horse farm just north of Jacksonville, Georgia, where my family’s roots stretch back generations. After earning my Bachelor’s degree from Colorado State University, I dove into careers that kept me close to community and land—first managing horse farms, then working in City Planning and Downtown Revitalization in Lake Charles, Louisiana. Those experiences ultimately inspired my move into real estate in 2017, where I was honored to receive the Southwest Louisiana Rookie of the Year award. In 2021, I returned to Jacksonville and teamed up with my uncle, Wade Griffin, a long- standing and highly respected Realtor in the area. We live and work in Jacksonville’s beautiful Historic Districts of Avondale and Ortega, enjoying the remarkably diverse architecture and walkability of our area. Outside of real estate, you’ll often find me open-water swimming, paddleboarding, or training in the sky as I pursue a pilot’s license. Also, time with friends and family is a treasure and fills my cup so that I can better serve my community. I feel truly lucky to call Jacksonville home—its energy, diversity, and growth make it one of the most special places to live. Sharing that passion with others is why real estate feels less like a job and more like my calling: helping people find the right place, guiding them through every step of the journey, and celebrating each new beginning. I’m always happy to talk real estate—reach out anytime!
