Deanna attended the University of North Florida where she earned her Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration majoring in Business Marketing and Management. With this focus, she worked in the financial industry for nearly twenty years where her primary responsibilities were Relationship Management and Fund Reconciliation with various mutual fund companies. Each of these roles required extreme attention to detail and excellent communication skills which have served her well in her real estate career. Upon leaving the financial industry, Deanna became an Elementary Education teacher at one of the local Clay County schools. Being a teacher required not only exceptional communication skills but also the ability to help her students learn and acquire subject area knowledge. Having the ability to convey information and knowledge to others has proven to be very beneficial as Deanna uses these skills to help her buyers and sellers understand the process as she is leading them through their real estate transaction. Deanna is focused on providing stellar customer service and makes it a point to understand her customers and their goals so that she can help them to achieve those goals with ease. She prides herself in the relationships that she builds with her clients which is evidenced through through her referral-based business. She specializes in residential sales in Northeast Florida with a primary focus in Clay, St. Johns, and Duval counties. When she is not serving her customers, Deanna enjoys volunteering, going to the movies, and spending time with her family and friends.
