I am a 34-year PROUD resident of Ponte Vedra Beach and specialize in the purchase and sale of residential properties here at the beaches and the greater Jacksonville area. I'm passionate about my profession as a Realtor and strive to obtain complete customer satisfaction. It is my goal to provide a stress free transaction for both the Buyer and or Seller regardless of the circumstances which often times can be challenging. I have obtained my Certified Distressed Property Expert designation (short sales, bank owned, foreclosures) to assist those in need of a qualified agent. As a dedicated Realtor, I believe in using my skills in finance, contracts, negotiations and marketing to your best advantage. It is important that your work with someone you trust and feel is a market expert with integrity. I am a mom of 3 first and foremost, have 2 beautiful grandchildren, love tennis, golf, and snow skiing. It has been my pleasure to be a volunteer at Ponte Vedra/Rawlings Elementary School, and Nease and Ponte Vedra High. In addition I have done charity work for Pink Ribbon and chaired the SWGA (Sawgrass Womens Golf Association) Cancer tournament.
