I am a Real Estate Broker Associate with Coldwell Banker Vanguard Realty. I've been practicing Real Estate full-time, in the Jacksonville, FL area since 2002. Over these years, I have gained extensive experience in selling and listing a variety of residential properties, including single family homes, condos, townhomes, 1-4 units multi-family investment properties, new construction, as well as distressed/foreclosed properties. I added Property Management to my portfolio of services in 2015. Since then, the property management portion has grown into an important and integral part of my real estate business. I offer Full Management as well as Tenant Placement only services.
